Stache Lights is operated by Florida Efficiency Group, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). This policy explains how we handle personal information when you visit stachelights.com, request a quote, contact us about work opportunities, or contact us about holiday-lighting services.
Information we collect
Quote requests. When you request a quote, we may receive the information you choose to provide, such as your name, phone number, email address, town or property location, property type, requested lighting, preferred timing, and any message you include. If you submit a lead form on Facebook or Instagram, Meta may collect and process that information under Meta's terms and privacy policy and provide it to us.
Work inquiries. When you submit our careers form, we receive your name, phone number, email address, and whether you're interested in part-time or full-time work.
Customers. If you book a service, we keep the contact, property, project, scheduling, and billing details needed to provide it.
Technical information. Our hosting and security systems may receive basic technical information when your browser loads a page, such as IP address, browser and device information, and request logs. We do not currently use advertising pixels or analytics cookies on this website.
How we use information
- To check whether we serve your area, respond to your request, and prepare and follow up on an estimate.
- To schedule, provide, maintain, and remove your installation, and to invoice and collect payment.
- To contact people who ask about work opportunities.
- To contact past customers about rebooking, takedown, or the next holiday season. You can opt out of these messages at any time.
- To keep business records and meet legal obligations.
We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not provide quote requests to other contractors or marketing partners.
Text messages (SMS)
If you give us your mobile number, we may text you about your quote, appointment scheduling, service updates, invoices, seasonal rebooking, or a work inquiry you submitted. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase.
We do not share mobile phone numbers or text-messaging opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers that help us send messages on our behalf.
Payments
Payments are processed through Jobber and its payment processing partners. We do not store full card numbers on our own systems.
Photos and design previews
We may photograph completed installations, or create design renderings of a property, and use them on our website, social media, and other marketing. We do not publish your name or street address with them. If you'd prefer we not photograph or share images of your property, just tell us and we'll respect that.
Service providers and storage
We use service providers to run our website and business, including Netlify for website hosting and form handling, Jobber for customer management, scheduling, messaging, invoicing, and payments, and Google (including Google Drive) for email and document storage. We share information with these providers only as needed for them to perform services for us. They handle information under their own terms and privacy practices.
Retention
We keep personal information only as long as reasonably needed to respond to your request, provide and support a service, follow up on a work inquiry, maintain business records, and meet legal obligations.
Your choices and requests
You can ask us to provide a copy of, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop sending you marketing messages. Email info@stachelights.com with “Privacy Request” in the subject line and enough detail for us to find your information. We may need to keep certain information where required by law or for legitimate recordkeeping, and we will take reasonable steps to verify and process requests.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect information. No method of storage or transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Children's privacy
Our website and services are intended for adults arranging services for a home, business, or property. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Third-party services and links
Our website links to and relies on third-party services, including Netlify, Google, Jobber, Instagram, Facebook, and Meta. Those services process information under their own privacy policies, which this policy does not control.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our practices change. The effective date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated.
