Custom Pricing for Your Property
Every display is priced to fit your property's exact specifications — no cookie-cutter packages, no surprises.
Every display is custom quoted above that based on your property. Quotes are free.
What goes into your price
We price every display by walking your property and measuring exactly what we'll be lighting. The main factors:
- Roofline footage — how many linear feet of eaves, peaks, and ridges we're lighting.
- Height and roof pitch — two- and three-story homes and steep roofs take more time and equipment.
- Trees — how many palms and oaks we're wrapping, and how tall and full they are.
- Bushes and hedges — how much shrubbery we're lighting along walkways, entries, and property lines.
- Fences — the length of fence line, railings, or gates.
- Light type and color — C9 bulbs, mini lights, and the colors or patterns you choose.
- Extras — wreaths, entryways, and special features.
Types of lights we use
Everything we install is commercial-grade LED — brighter, longer lasting, and more durable than store-bought strands.
C9 bulbs
The classic, large holiday bulb. C9s create bold, crisp lines that read clearly from the street, which makes them our go-to for:
- Rooflines, eaves, peaks, and ridges
- Fence lines and railings
- Outlining architecture and entries
Mini lights
Small bulbs on tight spacing that create a dense, sparkling glow. Mini lights are what we use for:
Colors
Choose warm white for a classic, elegant glow, multicolor for a nostalgic look, or solid colors like red and green — including patterns like alternating red-and-green rooflines or colored crowns on wrapped palms. We'll help you pick a combination that fits your home.

Pricing questions
Is there a minimum?
Yes — our minimum is $1,000 per install.
Why don't you list set prices?
Because no two properties are the same. A single-story ranch and a three-story home with a steep roof, tall palms, and a long fence line take very different amounts of material and labor. Custom pricing means you pay for exactly what your property needs.
Is the quote free?
Yes. Every quote is free, with no obligation.
